JB Trip: Korean Supermart

Was a very last min decision to go into JB! After lunch at miss clarity cafe we went bugis but ino dun wana shop in bugis .. so we head north instead.. been months b4 we step into JB liao~ things changed...JB new custom has open up!! (look like a biggier version of Dover MRT) The new route is longer and custom (for ppl who took bus) is directly linked to city square. they had changed to use tap and go card (no cash payment) without any announcement!!! Fuck!!! worst of all we didn't bring JB $$ only SGD (our habit is to go inside JB then change.. rates are better inside) we asked the lady if we can pay via SGD she open mouth and ask for 50SGD for a RM50 card!!! the exchange rate is 1SGD to 2.36RM today leh.. ask me for SGD $25 -$30 i will still give you.. SGD50 for RM50 card.. FUcking day light robbery i thought their "zheng hu" aim to cut down bribery? so they don't do underground now instead they do day light? as in day light robbery? KNN freaking angry.. told her we didn't have RM she ask us to go behind 1 car by 1 car to exchange =_=" all the car behind are fuck angry lo.. the moment they saw me kbkb so loud like no body biz!!! and so heng 3 car behind are all JB car =_=" *angry* lucky there was this helpful Chinese uncle and auntie who are willing to help!!! the officer b4 we enter the payment custom also got that "we owe ur money" attitude when ino wants to check if we can pay the gantry fee via cash.. please lah.. you are only custom traffic instructor leh.. we also didnt cut queue or did any thing wrong just ask u question need to act so xialan for wat! cannot answer properly meh? or their mother nvr teach?! *smirk*

New route is quite confusing~ the road which you came out is different from last time.. link to expressway... Gotta be careful.. by the time we reach city square we are late for our massage.. heng the lady there is quite nice. she still let us in =D

City Square also started their CNY goodies fair at shopping center's atrium!!! got my mum a LAVENDER brand (JB cake shop) Kueh-Lapis box at RM65 (about $30.. would be $27.50 if you pay by cash) think bangawan solo selling it at $45 a box ?! so this is quite a gd deal.. consider advance CNY gds bah, since cny i m not in sg with them this time~

Niceee but the black pepper sauce kinda tone down the crispness of the chic.. parts where the black pepper didn't touch the chic remain super crispy but those covered turned alittle soggy~ good for ppl like jen who are sick of bread crumbs!! HAha =) $9.80 nett

Carnivore Ino's share on beef burger $12.90 nett!! only 2 words WORTH IT!!!! look at the portion, the ingredient!! and the taste ... so much better than Aston and botah jones!!! (they are too oily and sometime no taste) Miss Clarity serving is a little slow but their food quality are really thumbs up!! okie maybe their interior is a bit girlish/childish/hideous still we luv their food!!

My Mud Ooz chocolate molten cake with Valina ice cream serving $5 nett!!! Soo cheap right!! how to find a molten chocolate cake with ice cream at only $5 nett!!! not to mention their chocolate Ooz melts me.. *shiawasen neh* very sweet but lucky the portion is small + matching with the Valina ice cream kinda neutralise your taste bud!! must try for ladies who have sweet tooth!!!

Why the hell we missed out this place the 1+ year studying beside SMA?! =_=" such a great place!!!!! i wana try their quid ink risotto next time~

Things i hope to achieve in 2009:

1) To receive good news from my final result
2) To get my transcript asap
3) To get into the industry i have a passion with *praying god to gimmi the chance*
4) Revise my salary after the cert come, i need more $ to repay my reno debt =(
5) My good luck continue in 2009
6) To get driving license (i wana drive ino's baby *evil*)
7) To learn Korean (i have no excuse to escape already -__-")
8) To plan for a simple solemnization (as simple as possible)

Went service our Navigator at the ulu ulu place.. Jalan Pemimip?! updated our firmware.. the navi work alittle better.. but the root problem .. the constant signal lost was due to the v-kool flirm (block heat as well as bound my GPS signal away -_-) haizzz siannnn~ Inho on the "F1 Grand Stand Track".. went for a stroll after Popeye Chicken =)

Ponyo! the japan version of little mermaid! storyline was old school. Cute (esp the theme song) but the plot was boring.. nothing new~ the creative master didn't create something creative this time..

Adam's christmas comedy... Funny but not that funny compare to his last few~ it's hard to come pass a comedy these days...

The most worth watching movie of this holiday season! Great Show!

Last Day of 2008 (2): ChinaTown

Head to Chinatown after biking...

Unexpectedly we went found ourselves in 佛牙寺! Our first time to step into such castle like temple~ it's....GOLDEN inside .. lots and lots of GOLD... impressive!

Closed up.. there are number on each and every of those small 24k pure gold statue... studied them alittle and i come to realize.. some of them are up for adoption on a 1 time lump charges ($3000) or yearly subscription (from $68 to $300 bucks) .. huge cost to maintain huh! this temple even have their own security guard~

Worshiping hall.. Huge, grand, guess this temple try to fill up with every possible space they can with 24k gold~ quite an interesting place to visit.. saw alot of the god that never in my 22 year heard b4.. even saw some in blue?! *have u heard of any chinese god in blue and look like the mascot that represent BEPPU restaurant~ not very kind looking.. *alittle like monster?!*

Inin posting with one of the statue !! they even have their very own orchid sky garden with a very big prayer wheel in the middle.. the one that you can only turn clockwise (there are alot of transcript in the wheel.. turning clockwise kind of represent you are chanting the transcript.. anti-clockwise will bring us bad karma) .. i tried to turned 1 round.. hoping it will bring us good karma in the year of 2009 =)

while walking back to people park carpark after dinner.. we pass by OG.. then i suddenly tot of the Ion foot detox thing that yvelynn and my didi tried earlier on~ It's called Ion Foot Detox

Putting your foot in the tub.. they will add some salt and the ion machine will work.. take abt 30min and $10 each! after that result color may varies .. by the chart u can check out ur health status.. heard tt if u r fat like my didi.. u can even see a layer of oil on top?!

My tub after 20 odd min.. there is even a layer of dont know what the hell bubble around the equipment.. it's weird?!!!! hahaha although i did it just for fun but still i couldn't convince myself, so i went hm to do some homework.. AHAHAHA it's really a scam! ION FOOT DETOX SCAM!!! the brown water was just result (Iron-Chloride) of interaction between electrolytic + salt (a chloride) in layman term we called it CORROSION!! worst of all.. Iron-chloride is Milly poisonous!! they are quite aggressive to metal.. that y u can see that equipment they use corrode!! if u have any friends who are constantly doing this detox course, just note them bah =)

Last Day of 2008 (1): ECP Biking

Didn't intended to but end up taking morning AL on 31th also~ Didn't wanna waste the day... did something i always wanted to do... went cycling with honey at ECPMy Maggee from 师奶cafe my branch b4 biking... eh.. it doesn't taste the same already... duno if it was different outlet or their management changed.. the special Maggee mee sauce is different =(

It's been quite some time b4 i step into ECP again.. ^_^ feeling relax.. they are having this buy 1 hr free 1 hr bike renting service in every bike shop! quite worth the bucks $6 for 2 hr + 1 free bottle of water!

Inin got distracted while cycling.. he tried to plug the "coconut" lookalike fruit from the tree!!

Singapore 1st Tatoo Show

I have to say this is a surprise dig out !!! Singapore first Tatoo event in Expo 9 to 11th Jan!!! they even have a facebook account.. how cool isnt it?! at least i do think it's cool until i visit their page.. Oh my~ this wasnt just a plain tatoo art thingy... they went far beyong playing with tatoo pen!! they are playing with skin pushing human beyond their limits!!!!

"Your body is a playground" says their slogan!! i truly understand what this mean after i saw those pic in their facebook!!! jaw drop .. and went F*** F*** F*** !!! cant help but to think these ppl are doing this to make them feel closer to Jesus?!!
